I’m choosing to protect my body from diseases because if I’m sick then I would lack the energy and motivation to do a lot of the things I like and need to do. It will be based on the mask of the plague doctors from the 13th to 14th centuries. These types of masks protected the doctors to a certain extent from the bubonic plague. The mask I will design will protect me from diseases. It will be made from more modern material to make it more effective by blocking out more bacteria and viruses.

I think the led lights would look nice so I intend on combining led lights with the mask.

Step 3:

The sculpture I chose is based on a rhino. It depicts a rhino standing on a piece of rock. I believe the rhino’s posture shows that it is trying to show power and strength. In the past, sculptures of people in power can depict them standing upright and tall similar to this rhino. I also noticed how the rhino’s skin looked almost like armor plating and even had selections in its skin that looked like it had different armor plates. I will distort the rhino so that its skin becomes armor to show the connection between it and the sculptures in the past. I will do this in MeshMixer and I will distort it by directly sculpting over it using the sculpt tool to create the armor.

Part A: The event I chose for my project is my trip to Hershey Park with my friends. We spent the day walking around the park and riding different rides. We visited various attractions around the park including the zoo. We took photos at these attractions. Before we left, we bought chocolate souvenirs from the shops.
